Got an order of the truffle fries for appetizer, was delicious and had a good crunch. Then ordered the beer battered fish and... chips, good size for the price. Cooked well, batter held it's shape well and didn't fall off as soon as I took a knife to it.Great flavor!! The malt vinegar aioli for the fries was amazing and I'm not much of a vinegar fan. Took a different route on our drive and happened upon this place for a quick bite and drink. Great place. food and staff. Food... was aweseome, atmosphere was very nice and staff was great. Well let's start my the amazing dog friendly (limited) service that was provided. Our knowledgeable waiter David gave us the... history of the Revolution and its overall background. I had the absolute best cod sandwich known in existence ! Locally brewednon alcoholic ginger stayed on my palette and was superb ! Fantastic food! Definitely worth the stop. Stopped by with my oldest. Had burgers with truffle fries. I remember it being... definitely delicious. Great selection of local beers, too. Decent selection of drinks at the bar... I am a scotch guy butelected to try a porter. Service at the bar was great. Bartender was very attentive and quick. Good atmosphere, wasn't tooloud or anything crazy. Definitely stopping by again to try more of the variety on the menu! Read more
