I just ordered the 6 street tacos to go. I asked for 2 steak, 2 chicken and 2 shrimp. They said they could only do a choice of 2... meats. You gotta be kidding! So I got 3 steak and 3 chicken. The meats look the same and they are totally bland. The steak looksalmost like ground beef. The pictures on their website look nothing like what I was given. Customer service is terrible. Four of us shared the street corn, and two people who never ate it consumed their piece. The other... two of us noticed this didn't look right. The other customer photos on Yelp shows cotija cheese on it, which street corn issupposed to have. There was NONE on it and barely any sauce. When I brought it up to our server, she said she can bring us aside of sauce and cheese. I asked that it be remade, she said the cooks would take ours back to the kitchen and put sauce andcheese on it. I immediately said no because it's a health concern, to take my food I touched, then back to the kitchen to betouched again, and back. I asked for it to be taken off the bill, and she said the manager said he would take 50% off the wholemeal. I was surprised, I only wanted the corn off, but thought it was very nice of him. When I got my bill, only the corn was50% off. I asked to speak to the manager to explain there was no cheese on it. So I'd like the corn taken off. He said the "typeof corn they make uses a tiny cheese that is salty, so they only use a little." I said there was no cheese at all, he arguedthere was but it was tiny. Great food! Finally, we have a good Mexican food place here in New England which I feel had been severely lacking, at least... coming from former Texas residents. The drinks are NOT just mixes splashed with cheap well tequila, but are actually created toorder and very delicious with a perfectly placed kick. Can be a little bit pricey but not by a lot and certainly worth it.Highly recommend, cannot wait to come back. :) Read more
Just moved to the area and tried this spot for lunch. Not a huge selection, but everything we had was delicious. Queso dip,... Chicken Tacos, Taco Salad, and Blistered Jalapenos (Toreados) were great, prices were good, and service was fast, friendly, andattentive! Rice was a little on the oily side, but tasted very good. Chips were not overly salty like some places, and thetable salsa had a great flavor. If I had to change anything, the Salsa Verde could use a little more Cumin, Onion, andCilantro.
