This place is hot garbage. Every time we go there they are out of basically everything. Today they couldn?t make anything on the... order, ?had nothing the same price? to offer and wouldn?t do a refund because it was a mobile order. The app wouldn?t refundbecause the order was processed already. Sure had no problem taking the money. Should probably just close this place. Read more
Had to use the bathroom and was a bit disgusted that the large roll of toilet paper was not inside the dispenser but was just... laying on top of it/against the wall. The roll of paper towels for drying hands was also not in the dispenser and was justlaying on the counter next to the sink (and was wet). Fries were old, shriveled, and cold. However, the bacon pub burger onthe pretzel bun was amazingly delicious. I would go here again just for the burger, and I know that if the fries are somewhatfresh they are very good too. Read more
The two times I've been to this Wendy's, it was a bad experience. The first time, the lobby was closed so naturally I went... through the drive thru, the drive thru was backed up with at least 10 cars, by the time I got to the speaker, there was a noteon the speaker saying they will be closed for 1 hour from 5p-6p, at this time there was 5 cars still behind me. This wouldn'thave bothered me but I was there to pick up a door dash order, I drove up to the window to try and see if they could at leastmake me this 1 burger and 1 drink since it was a paid order, the man at the window spoke no English and said he needed to gethis manager to find out about the order. About 5 mins later, I see the manager walking out with food and drink, gets into hiscar and leaves, does not even attempt to talk to me. The 2nd time I went there, decided to give them another go because theymight have just had a bad night and this was a couple months prior, I went about 12pm, around lunchtime thinking it would bequick since they should have alot of food ready and cooking to fulfill the lunch rush, there were 5 cars in front of me, movingfairly decent, I got up to the speaker and was not greeted for almost 5 mins, after about 5 mins, a lady comes on and says"sorry for the wait, ill be right with you", I waiter another 3-4 mins, she finally came on and I ordered then drove to thewindow, payment was quick, drove to the second window and literally waited almost 8 mins for my 1 burger and fries. Three carsdrove out of line and took their business elsewhere in the time I was in the drive thru. I gave them 2 stars because the foodwas good but very slow and unprofessional service. I requested a Dave's double with asiago cheese instead of regular American, and the associate at the drive thru gave a rude tone... and said they don't do that. When I was just here last week having lunch and had ordered the same thing. She instead rung us upwith a whole different order that turned out completely wrong. I go back in to fix it, the manager handled it gracefully andfixed up our order correctly. I think the associate was new but her attitude could've been better. Read more
The fries were hot and crispy, the food was hot and delicious. There was no ketchup in the inside machine, but as soon as I let... the employees know they gave me some individual packets then went to change out the ketchup bag in the dispenser. We love theevery soda flavor dispenser. Not a fan of the strawberry frosty, it is sweeter than we like. I prefer the vanilla frosty to makea float with. We also love their pretzel bun bacon pub burger and wish it was a permanent item menu. Read more
Standing water on the floor had a wet floor sign out but no one trying to clean it up out of frosty and ice cream altogether no... salads. Lobby very dirty tables and floor very dirty was there 30 mins nobody else in lobby very slow and no one cleaning Read more
Their breakfast menu is not up on their turntable signs. Its a laminated 6 picture on paper stock. Laying on the counter that... everyone handles. NASTY! Biscuit was hot but doughy. Sausage well cooked egg, ok but just had a bad taste. It went in the trashcan next to the door as we left.. stay away stay away. Sad. Its my favorite type of breakfast sandwich.
