I got a 16oz coffee and almond flavor smoothie made with almond milk. Brown sugar and tapioca bubbles, and got it 25% sweet. It... was so delicious. I've never had this type of drink before but I've seen so many others. It was so good and I'm only visitingRochester for a bit so I'll definitely be back to get another. Definitely the best bubble tea place around. Would take it over Kung Fu and any other place so far in Minnesota. Always done... correctly and delicious too. The food is also a nice touch and is a good portion. The food is in limited supply and only servedon weekdays. Employees there are always friendly and make sure they get it right before making it. Very nice people here and the tea was decent. However, their bubble teas are not made with shaved ice, just ice cubes. Their... shaved ice dessert while very tasty with condensed milk and yummy toppings were let down by their shave ice machine - or ratherthe lack thereof. Shaved ice should be fine and light. What we got was reminiscent of your 90s snow cone with all its crunchyice chunks. Read more

I wanted to love this place. By the sound of the other reviews and Tea Time’s menu, I was hopeful that their bubble tea would... taste authentic. To my disappointment, the drinks tasted like powder shaken up with iced water. Admittedly, I drank authenticbubble tea from Taiwan, and I only know of one store in Mn (founded by a Taiwanese) that uses a similar recipe. My standards andexpectations are pretty high. It tastes as if they do not use real tea, and like I stated before, it tastes like a powder mix.I ordered a Jasmine milk tea and a mango milk tea. Both had a chalky, artificial flavor to them.
