Came to pick up our order inside, pretty long waiting though, workers were asking us what is it in mobile order, may be it is... easier to check the screens? Anyway, the mostly repulsive reason to leave the review it was very dirty all around, look at thephotos - during this all time - another worker was sitting inside the room at the table, playing with phone, sometimes deal withwaiting customer line at the cash register and then return to his phone at the client`s table...all other tables were dirty andnot clean up. Burritos were kinda cold, and when I asked to add sour cream, they put way too much in it. Better than not enough, but all I... could taste was sour cream. The previous time I was at this location (2 years ago) I ordered beefy Fritos Burritos (which are nolonger available), and those were very good! Read more
Used to be the best Taco Bell in town but it has really gone down hill. The past 3 times I?ve gone my tacos look like they got... man handled for lunch money before being thrown in the bag. The quesadilla is thicker then the Doritos locos taco they beturning into smash burgers. Read more
Drive through was very slow. Food was OK. Chicken tender taco had pretty much no lettuce or cheese and was very over... cooked(almost rock hard). Gave me almost no cheese with my chips. Won't be coming to this location again. Read more
I have drove by this Taco Bell many times while going to Mayo for appointments and the line has always been very long. I ended... up staying the night in Rochester last week and was craving Taco Bell. Of course the line was long again but it moved veryquickly and they got my whole order correct the first time. Will definitely visit again. Read more
Came by after being told there was no food left at Chipotle, ordered quite a large order for 3 people and got through the drive... through in 15 min which was awesome and super speedy! The employees were polite and courteous and our large order was totallycorrect, and they also gave us a ton of sauces. We love coming to this Taco Bell since it's a convenient location and willcontinue to support them during this pandemic! Read more
Twice now experienced extremely rude behavior from tall skinny dude and a blonde female that claims to be manager and neither... had name tags early morning shift . Last month when I came here there was a chunky Asian looking dude at around midnight whotried to sell my boyfriend drugs through the window . This Taco Bell needs new employees . Read more
