Went to this location Sunday 4/28/19 7:00 pm stood at the counter nearly 5 minutes before. Anyone showed up. ( no food out,... This was my first sign it was going to be a bad experience) Daughter ordered a chicken sub. The lady said they were all outof chicken. How can they be out?? This place seemed like a disaster. Daughter would only have a chicken something sub. Weleft without purchase. That was 2 orders they lost. They probably don?t care, but if it happens multiple times, I wonder howmuch money they lose. Lol - a person basically freaked out at us when we were at the drive through. Very abrupt and negative, mean even. Haven?t had a... customer service experience like that in years so we just left. Last 2 times we have tired to go to this subway there has been issues.... a few weeks ago we went through the drive thru and no... one came to the intercom, so we pulled up to the window and proceeded to watch a guy do dishes, when we got his attention hesaid they were closed.. with all the lights on at like 4pm.. ... went to a different subway... Now today we tried again, and noone came to the intercom, when we pulled up there was a boy in there on his cell phone, when he finally came to the window hesaid he was "sorry I'm new and no one told me where the headset was so it's not not my fault" I asked if we could just tell himwhat we wanted and he said only if you come in... which I did not do as I have kids in the car! There was also 2 others I sawwalk in and walk back out without sandwiches while he was on his phone! I do not blame this kid, but this location definitelyneeds some better management! Read more
Very rude girl helped me and I told her I wanted 3 sandwiches and after the first one she got upset I had 2 more sandwiches. She... was too busy talking to the coworker to understand and kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. Horrible place. Need new/moreemployees! Read more
Went during the lunch rush, and holy cow the sandwich artist was amazingly fast! I've never seen anyone whip through orders like... that, it was awesome! Didn't see a name tag, but she had a really cool tattoo sleeve. We were in a bit of a time crunch, so herspeed was much appreciated! Read more
I walk into the store and the first thing they tell me is to wait a minute as they proceed to help a customer behind me? ... apparently my business isn't wanted. the food looked very unfresh as well. this isn't the only time I've had problems with themtheir management is horrible. one time the accused my daughter of stealing chips when I paid for them. also they overwork theiremployees and most time you can visit them during a huge rush with only one employee working Read more
If I could give a zero I would. Was told it would be a minute when we went through the drive through. Turned into 15min wait... with no response. No exaggeration! After asking if the employee was still there, she replied with a VERY annoyed tone of "SORRYBUT IM THE ONLY ONE IN HERE AND I JUST HAD TO MAKE 8 SANDWICHES ON MY OWN, SO ITS STILL GOING TO BE A FEW MINUTES!" Waitedlonger just to be told that the sandwich of the day "chicken breast", was gone. Very rude, very unprofessional, very poorlymanaged store! GM should be ASHAMED of themselves. Very short-handed at lunch hour. Female worker making sandwiches was extremely rude, even to my 2-year-old grandson! Rude to... customers ahead of me in line as well. Male worker on the register was very nice, seemed embarrassed by his co-worker'sattitude. I'll definitely go out of my way next time to a different location to avoid this one, the last few times I've beenhere they're short-staffed and crabby about it, customers shouldn't feel apologetic for ordering food and asking a question.
