I was there yesterday and it was a mess. The veggies looked terrible. I asked for Italian bread and they gave me Italian herbs... and cheese, I also asked for vinegar on my sub and they put alot of oil and when I went to correct him he looked at me like Iwas wrong. GREAT FOOD!! I suggest getting a Foot long Italian Herb and Cheese, American Cheese, Ham, Extra Bacon. (toasted). Tomatoes,... Lettuce, Extra Mayo! Best sandwich there for sure!!! Read more
I very rarely give google reviews, but I must give the young man who helped me today some recognition. I wish I would have... caught his name, but he was working at 1:00pm on Friday, February 4, 2022. I was impressed right off the bat when he took thetime to wash his hands after getting off the register and before helping me. Next, I was unaware that there are 2 clubsandwiches now! Instead of making an assumption, he asked which one I wanted and explained the differences. He was extremelypleasant, from start to finish, eager to start up conversation, and definitely efficient with helping me. As I was leaving, hemade sure to call out after me, "Have a great day! See you next time!" I left there happier than when I came in. That, rightthere, is the best "fast food" experience I have ever had. Props to your customer service on such a short transaction. It?s Subway so the food is decent but the staff at this one is terrible. Every time I come a can?t believe it. Also, big sign on... the door says ?NO MASK, NO SERVICE? which is fine. I?ll wear my mask, but NONE of the employees are wearing a mask?? Asked themwhy and they said that?s just for the customers and that they are vaccinated. I said I was vaccinated but they said I still hadto wear one. Ok well they should too then. Wont let you dine in either. Either way, they staff act like they?d rather die thanbe at their job and treat the customers that way. Read more
Wrong bread, I said less pickles, there were 20 of them, asked for onion and got none, and didn?t give me the right cookies when... I ordered online. Not the first bad experience I?ve had at this store. I understand they ?could have been out? but the othersandwich I ordered for someone else had onion and the bread. Disappointed. Read more
Used to be a place where you could stop in and grab something quickly, that was not the case today. The 2 gentlemen who made our... 3 sandwiches did a ok job. Just wish it didn?t take 20minutes to make 2 of the same and 1 very simple sandwich. manager made afriends ordered and left the store to chit chat as the store got busier. Read more
Closed the store an hour and half early. Because they have two people and only one is trained. I?m not gonna stop again. I went... from one location that was out of chicken to this one. I?m never considering this business again. Great product horribledeliverance. Read more
