This particular location is just awful. The staff were unprofessional and rude, not only to customers, but to each other which... is odd. They also tried to mansplain Starbucks to me, and I?m sorry but I?ve been ordering Starbucks for longer than their shiftlead has been alive. They gave me steamed milk with what tasted like straight unsweetened cocoa powder for a kids hot chocolate(it was awful and bitter and not the right temperature for my son), and didn?t make my flat white correctly. Fun fact: I actually don?t like Starbucks but this specific store is one I love so much I go there anyways. I have nothing but... positive interactions with the girls and guys (psssst, Karen?s, if you?re nice to people their nice to you) and I just lovestopping by and talking with them. My vanilla latte on Saturday had too much foam and was only 1/2 full and rest foam and frothy, bacon Gouda break was hard in the... middle. We returned on Sunday and same order was perfect. So take it as most times they are good. Read more
This location is a little inconsistent when they make the drinks. But the staff is always super friendly and the service pretty... quick, depending on the time of day. Where is Garrett? I have been going to whichever coffee shop Garrett is at for a while now because I find his store is the only... store that can consistently make my drinks correctly! He was at the south Broadway store and the north Broadway silver lakestore but the new manager at silver lake just argues with you that the dink is made correct. coffee is good, food is good. sierra is an especially good barista. only problem is that 1/5 times you come in the music is... trash and whoever gets the aux for those times needs their ear privileges restricted. Read more
