The Papa Murphy stores in Rochester have really improved in the last year. I usually order ahead on the app and it's ready to... pick up at the time that I had selected. Ordered 2 pizzas last night with some customizations and they were both correct and ontime. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stop again! Read more

This store is the worst! After two bad experiences we stopped going for a year. Decided to try again and what do you know they... failed yet again. I couldn?t find the online order my wife made so I asked them and he looked behind the counter and handed metwo pizzas and said here is your order. I took that at face value and when I got home my wife said where is the rest of it? Sure enough that was not our order. When we called to ask for a refund the manager was rude. I had Papa Murphys before and enjoyed it. However, going this store in Rochester Minnesota, I was shocked to see the 3 employees... not following covid protocol or general servers attire. The lone male had long bushy hair and medium facial hair. No hair net orbeard net or mask. The two female servers had masks on but their noses were not covered. Neither female servers were wearinghair nets. If it weren't for us being so hungry, I would have walked out. My fiancee took pictures to inform the management andcorporate offices. Read more

My pizza was done in a timely matter, the staff were ok not great, the pizza was horrible, chicken, artichoke, spinach, bacon. I... ordered without bacon, the pizza had a few pieces of chicken, a couple pieces of spinach, no artichoke, hardly any cheese. My husband will never go here again. I submitted an order tonight (5/24) at 5:09 for a curbside pick up. The confirmation stated... our order would be ready at 5:42. My husband was going to swing by on his way home from work and arrived early. He sat in frontof the store for over 20 minutes because he was waiting for 5:42. During that time 5 customers came and went with their orders.At 5:46 he went in and asked if he needed to come inside to get his curbside pickup. They told him the hot portion of the orderwas ready, but our take and bake pizzas still needed to be made. They sent him back to the car with 1/2 of our order. Why do youthink people order ahead? So you can make the pizzas when we come inside to remind you to finish the order? Then, not onlythat, when he goes in, the general manager doesn?t even acknowledge that he came in. Ignored him when he comes in and then walksover to a customer to chat her up about onions for 5 minutes. It?s customer service 101 to simply acknowledge that you noticethat someone is waiting. Absolutely horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location. Ordered online and arrived 45 minutes later. When I... arrived, one of the pizzas was not made yet. Furthermore, in the middle of helping me with my other pizza, the guy was called tothe back, by I'm guessing his manager, and she started yelling at him about his hours. This happened while he was helping me.This is a great way to make customers happy! After he was done speaking with her, he started making my other pizza and then leftagain to answer the phone, help another customer, and talk to his manager again, all while I'm waiting for my pizza. Afterwaiting for 15 minutes, I finally received my 2nd pizza and left. Once I got home, I cooked both pizzas, and the pizza that Ipatiently waited for, was not prepared correctly and the crust burned horribly. Not only did the crust burn, but the cookingtray also burned. This didn't happen with my other pizza. So the pizza that I waited to get for 15 minutes was ruined.
