The north broadway McDonald?s is the only location out of the many in Rochester that I will even consider going to, and believe... me, I?ve visited them all?I use they?re app, and the money you will save using it adds up FAST, getting you free food anddiscounts on everything? It also speeds up getting thru the drive thru when you use the app?the staff is awesome, and alwaysrecognize me with a smile and a hello..A couple of the other McDonald?s in town don?t even honor use of the app (the Apache Malllocation to name just one) and they?re employees look and act like they DO NOT want to be there?so beware, and play it safe bystopping at the North broadway location where you?ll ALWAYS be ?lovin? it?!! Kind of sad because I work for DoorDash and when I walked inside the employees saw me but not one of them came over to help me... for at least 10 minutes. I saw a big bag wide open on their counter that I saw them put food in and just leave there only tofigure out that it was my order in the end when I heard the lady tell the guy who finally came over to help me say ?no don?t doit yet? to him and him replying sternly ?they?re already here!? May I offer one suggestion? Please don?t ignore customers andcontinue chatting with employees especially if they?re the only one in line.. Check to see if they are there before you choosenot to make food that you?re supposed to make. I don?t know why I constantly go here for breakfast. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to. They used to be good but I don?t... know what happened. They always mess up my breakfast order and it sucks when you crave a specific menu item only to get barebones. Why do you pay more for one item and then they only give you one thing on the sandwich? Big rip off! I used to love theiriced coffee too but all it is now is just milk and heavy syrup. Go to the other McDonald?s they are way better. Read more
