Everyone has been to a McDonald's the food is standard here's where this location just keeps failing. They have no idea how to... use the McDonald's app. I have repeatedly had my card charged only to get to the window to again be charged telling me thepayment didn't go through. I was there 2 days ago pulled up to the window same story so I said no this keeps happening. They hadme holding up that line for close to 10 minutes while 4 employees huddled around the register determined that no my card reallyhadn't been charged so I paid cash. Well guess what when I got home I called in for recent transactions and sure enough Iabsolutely had been charged. I headed straight back and demanded a refund to be told by the SAME staff not an hour later Icouldn't get a refund as the receipt says cash and there is no record of the charge despite the time of transaction and pricebeing identical. I've been ripped off close to $40 due entirely to staff incompetence. I will never go to this location againand I strongly caution anyone who does to NEVER use a card or the app. Read more
It?s very aggravating to not even be able to ask for barbecue sauce because three different employees don?t understand English &... got a simple order incorrect FOUR times and argued with me about it a freaking cheeseburger (only ketchup) & hamburger (sesameseed bun extra ketchup and mustard). It's busy and kids love to play here. The best thing is that they have both chocolate and vanilla ice cream cones. If you are... adventurous they can make you a swirl cone. (Both chocolate and vanilla!) Have a great time! Read more
Meh, its MC DONALD'S for crying out loud. There fast food. Good on orders, good for speedy food pic up. Not the best In quality,... but hey... at least they get give and make food fast! The guy infront of us payed! So kind????. Read more
