The workers have no idea about anything. There were 2 people in the drive thru and they were no help in getting us out... discounts for using the McDonald's app. Then at the window where they hand us the food, the employee barely spoke English. Whywould they have someone who can barely speak the English language handing out the food so they couldn't even understand if therewas a mistake or what we were asking about our order since we only got half the food and finally the manager came to help us andwe got the food (minus the app discount which is what brought us there to begin with) great food/ awful staff Read more
Cool view of Mount Rushmore in the distance which can be viewed from a couple angles including an rock outcrop near the top. Not... as amazing as some of the vistas along Needles Hwy, but it's a nice large shaded stop with plenty of room to stretch your legsand explore a little. Read more
There was two people at the counter and they looked at me odd as I came to retrieve my order. Food was cold. Ordered a large... iced coffee got a medium. My food was thrown into the bag it looks like. And why order a large fry if ur gonna fill it up to thesane amount as a medium fry?! Waste of my money. Kid was singing over drive thru speaker. Sure it's not usually as bad as I experienced. Got into town around 1am (weds night/Thurs morning), needed dinner still.. Took... about 40 mins from the time we pulled in til the time we actually got our order. Their system must have been down, because theywhere cash only. Then some guy walks up to the window, and they actually take his order and serve him when there is a line ofcars who have already been waiting for upwards or 20 mins by this point... However, the girl/manager working the window was verynice, and you can see she was doing her best. And I'm going to assume my poor experience was mostly due to the time, and theirsystem seeming to be down. Read more

We promptly ditched the drive thru because the lady taking orders was speaking broken English so fast that we couldn't... understand her. Also, she was handling payments simultaneously while taking orders so we would have to repeat ourselves or wewere confused about who she was speaking to. And the cherry on top: the headset was malfunctioning so there was an ear piercingscreech that forced me to roll my window up. This is not the first time this has happened exactly like this. Read more
