I went to Dunkin? today and was chatting with the cashier. I told her I?m having a bad day at work. They wrote ?I hope you?re... day gets better :)? on my cup when I received it. This is by far the best customer service interaction I?ve ever had. These twoladies who were working this afternoon brought a smile to my face and made my whole day. Always an issue when I come to order. I always use the app, and last two times I ordered through the app, I come to the store to... find out the items I ordered are not available. Very disappointing, for a simple item is ice and they don't even have that. Read more
Very good, sadly were out of the Cornbread donuts I wanted to try, and the elevator from the subway was not working, so it made... it harder to get in on a wheelchair during a rainy day. Not their fault, though. Service was super friendly and they held thedoor for me on the way out. Read more
They're closed so often due to staffing shortages because they won't pay people enough to work at the place. I can't use my... rewards before they expire when it's continually closed. There's *good* coffee nearby at places that actually take care of theirworkers, like moka, steam, bravo, or fiddlehead. All of them are infinitely better, and the owners and workers are good people. Only entered a Dunkin less than five times my whole life, but I had to try out the vegan sandwich. The sandwich was REALLY good... and even better if you add hash browns with it. I guess my only complaint is that the garbages were full but other than that itwas fine. Read more

I stopped in to this DD close to closing time. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and kind. So warm and just overall... friendly. I got my order super fast and even though things were about to start shutting down, I never once felt rushed orhurried. The service was top-notch. If you're ever on the mayo campus, stop in and grab a bite. Now granted, I don't often go toDunkin' where I live, but this was the best experience I've ever had buying a donut ANYWHERE EVER and it's not even close.
