I don't usually write reviews, but I just realized that I'm paying at least 25% more for an iced coffee at this Dunkin location... than I would at others... And to go on top of that - the service is incredibly slow and you can expect to have your drink orderwrong around half the time. I've sent a review on the Dunkin site about how this site needs more coaching/training/something andthey said they'd follow up, but haven't seen a change. Plenty of the workers are nice... But it's a joke how much they'recharging compared to other competent Dunkin locations. Read more

Made an online order ahead of time and used the drive up window. When I got to the window the man apologized and explained that... our order was given to the wrong car by mistake. It was extremely busy so I understood and told him it wasn't a big deal. I gaveour order again and the man running the window remade it while we joked around. He was very friendly and executed the art ofrecovery perfectly... 5 stars!! As I was about to pull away another employee (manager?) wearing a headset came to the window andstarted yelling. He said in order to get hot food we had to come inside to order or order at the window. Not once had Icomplained so I'm not sure why he felt the need to yell at me or make it seem like their mistake was my fault. Read more

The word ?Assorted? means donuts of ?different types? put together.. As many times as I?ve bought assorted donuts from Dunkin... before, I have had each donut of a different type.. But this time, when I ordered an assorted box, they just decided to throw in3 of the same kind and said I gotta pay extra if I want assorted.. This does not make any sense! I paid for an assorted and nota lucky draw! Coz should I have to ?hope? that I get good ones after ?paying? for it?? Terribly unhappy with this! The lady whotook my order was very rude and she even used the literals words ?I can?t help it if you got the same ones, we just throw inwhat we choose.. This is a good spot for any age- kids & adults will love the donuts. Adults will enjoy the coffee too. Something for all... tastes. It?s fun trying something different each time. They have everyday favorites, but seasonal specials too. The drive upis quite popular, especially during Covid. Sometimes the variety pack only has 3 kinds ???????, even when I asked for noduplicates. But they taste great either way. The munchkins (donut holes) also have a nice variety if you ever get tired of theregular donuts. Read more
Went through the drive thru today and ordered a coffee and 7 donuts. Got home and the neglected to put in the 2 chocolate long... Johns in the box. Not the first time this location is failing to ensure the order is filled. Most of the staff needs trainingand to learn customer service skills. Read more
