The first thing they do when you call them is they put you on hold. What makes you think I have time to be put on hold? I?m... disgusted by their Customer service literally disrespecting you and then putting u on hold.messing up your order while youdouble check.hanging up on you in the middle of an order.telling you there is a deal of which does not exist anymore.unprofessional management. Once you tell the manager how bad of a customer service the have he says ?if u don?t like our food,why aren?t you ordering from somewhere else??I tell him that it isn?t the food but the customer service they have that isdisrespectful. people working there have no sense of respect or good service. It really sure what?s so hard about making an order in a timely manner. Over two hours to hear my food was in the ?quality check... phase? only for nothing to ever show up. Used to be great but lately service and quality has been terrible. Cold food. Wrong items. Missing times. Garlic twists were... smaller than the Parmesan bites. Marinara dip was burnt cheese with hardly any marinara. Poor quality :/ disappointed as thisused to be my favorite delivery option. Read more
Order half a large with 3 toppings and barely got any of them. Was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw this.... Couldn't even cut it semi straight either. Waited an hour and this is what I got. Will not be going back to this domino's everagain. Service to carside delivery was good though. Read more
I ordered 2 pizza's, a Hawaiian pizza and pepperoni pizza. When I received the pizza. Both pizza's were uncooked and you can see... the cheese not fully melt. They're were peeling right off as both pizza's toppings spilled all over the box, I want a refund ifpossible as this didn't meet edible standards also caused stomach pain to my brother. Read more
