First they charged us for the wrong meal. Then they dropped our food! (Curbside Pickup) after spending forty minutes waiting for... them to remake and repackage our order, we went through our items and were satisfied by what the manager told us was in eachsealed and covered container. When we arrived home we realized almost half of the food we paid for wasn?t inside. This was,again, after being charged for the wrong items first and then going throw refund processes and then after that having our entireorder dropped at our feet! Then waiting to have the order recooked and repackaged and no comp or anything. So to not receive ourchild?s pancakes, my fiancés French toast and my fruit was the most frustrating experience I have maybe ever had at arestaurant. Awful service, awful awful service! I'm passing through town on a business trip and having a rough day! I stopped in to this location for a desperately needed meal... and to catch up on some paperwork. Mr. Israel waited on me. His big smile, calm demeanor, and positive energy was such aNEEDED boost to my day! I really needed that and I'm grateful I got to meet him. He did a wonderful job, was very through andattentive. I watched him handle multiple guest with the same energy and enthusiasm. This location is lucky to have this man onboard! Read more

This Denny's made me and my friends terribly ill. It was bad and slow service. The waiter catered to his friends more than his... customers. All but one order was incorrect. It was overpriced for the small servings we got. We waited for our check for 20minutes after we told him we wanted it. I felt bad because they seemed like great people but the service was embarrassing. Iwould recommend finding another spot to eat at if you enjoy your proper body functions. Read more
