Great ice cream, small staff but great service.

Friendly workers and delicious ice cream. They could be a little cleaner, though. I didn't enjoy being handed my bowl with... sticky ice cream running down its sides already. The fixings could have been mixed in better too, and it maybe wasn't worth theprice because ice cream just as good can be gotten elsewhere for much less. Read more

Peanut butter cup perfection! Always a great treat ????

Went to Cold Stone about 8pm last night..wanted ice cream cones. 3 employees..2 sitting out back on loading dock smoking.... Ordered 2 cones...they dont have any cones..ok..ordered choc ice cream ...they didnt have any choc ice cream...ordered anotherflavor, asked for a napkin because the ice cream was all over the cardboard bowl...no napkins...they gave us hand towels out ofthe dispenser by the sink. None of employees wearing masks, no one washed their hands prior to fixing our bowls, the floorslooked like they had cattle in the building. I just looked at my receipt, was in my billfold..we got a med dish and alarge..were charged $5.50 for each...gotta assume one would be more than the other..maybe we were just charged for 2 large ??Wont be going back..pretty sad !! on several occasions my family and I have gone at different times of the day. And they never have waffles available with the... excuse that they don't have the mix to make the waffles. Another day I went again and they did not want to prepare a waffle withthe excuse that there were 2 hours left before closing and making a waffle takes a long time. I am not the only person who hasgone through the same situation because I have seen that the treatment is bad from the employee. If the store closes at 9,because at 6:30 they don't want to serve anyone and they don't want to make waffles? if they even have a waffle drawn on thestore's logo. Read more

11/8/18 This was our first Cold Stone experience. There are so many different flavors and combinations that we had a very hard... time figuring out what to order. It was fun to watch the ice cream creation being made as we watched. This is a very uniqueplace to get ice cream. This was a fun event for the whole family. Yummy dessert ice creams! Nice staff. Kids and adults love it. Ample parking and seating.
