Visited on a recent trip to Rochester, MN. We went in and I went to sit down while husband ordered our food. All tables in... dining area were dirty. They did send someone out when I brought it to their attention. Gal was hit & miss with table cleaning. When we got our food all the hot foods was cold!! Oh, we ordered guacamole to go with the chips which we found out they were outof chips! We. Very dirty and the employees are very disorganized. The food is all of the place, and spills over other food options. All the... tables were dirty. The floors looked like no one had swept it in a while. No napkins to be seen. Once, a restaurant owner toldme that the best way to judge a restaurant?s priority in cleanliness is seeing how clean they can keep their bathroom. If it?sreally dirty, don?t eat there. Haven?t been to Chipotle in 8 months due to a couple of poor food experiences. I stopped in this week spontaneously and they... were very busy (which I figured was a good sign). Went here for lunch with friends from school, we waited in line and had no problem. we got up to order and had to wait for the 2... girls behind the counter to finish whispering before we could order. they were very disrespectful toward us and seemed as if wewere a large inconvenience to them. they made us feel super uncomfortable and were just all around very disrespectful to us. wethen got to the end and asked for our cups and as i have pictured, our cups had some black substance in them. all in all i amnot impressed and will not be returning to this locations. I used to love Chipotle, but this location pretty much fails me every time now. I used to go every other week or more here. Had... such bad experiences that I stopped for a few months. Today I thought I would go earlier when they were not busy, but now theyare closed Sunday and Monday, with very limited hours the remaining days. Not sure when I will try again. Very sad. Read more

Worst manager ever, totality sloppy unclean store, worst chipotle ever! Behind the counter was even worse, when I confronted... the woman manager she denied everything and walked back in the kitchen,. 1:45 pm on 11/20/21. Employees all had masks onincluding the manager, with there noses showing..... Sometime came out and cleaned the tables, using the same rag and nocleaner. The floor was never swept. I usually don?t order anything from Chipotle because I don?t have the best experience. But today I ordered on the app and waited... for my order inside. The workers didn?t have the best attitude and the tables/garbages were a mess. Not sure if they were shortstaffed or not.
