The first time I went to this Caribou, the staff was so friendly and upbeat! I figured it was just a good day. Well today was my... third time back and every visit has been the same, no matter who is working at the time. When asked what I'd like to order,today I said I was going to have my first pumpkin spice latte of the season and I could hear cheering coming from inside thebuilding. ???? It's so nice to experience such positivity. These young people seem to love their jobs and make it a greatenvironment for customers and for each other! Excellent customer service! They are always the kindest workers and very fast service!
Terrible service! We went through the drive thru and the girl helping us paid absolutely no attention to us and just talked to... another employee about her personal life the whole time. It was ridiculous! Then, I called and asked to talk to the manager andthe girl on the phone laughed after I asked for the manager. When I talked to the manager, she was super rude and didn't take meseriously at all. Absolutely terrible service! I will literally never go back. These kids have no respect whatsoever! Read more
