This Caribou is across the street from the Mayo Clinic. The employees at this location see customers on the worst or best days... of their lives and have to deal with it all, yet they remain kind and compassionate. I, for one, ordered my coffee with oatmilk and only after getting the coffee did I realize I had a test later that day requiring that if I drank coffee, it had to beblack (no milk or sugar). I went back to the counter and they replaced the order kindly understanding my dilemma. ...and whenthey turned their back I left a nice tip in the jar. Read more
I have been visiting this cafe for past 1 year almost on a daily basis and I have noticed a deterioration in the quality of... their brewed coffee. I used to love their Daybreak brewed coffee and in the past this Cafe used to brew it right (I wasn't ableto replicate their nice strong taste at home). However, since last 2 months I have noticed that their drip coffee is way toowatered down :( It doesn't taste strong and delicious like it once used to .... Me and my colleagues feel we are drinking HotWater with very little taste of coffee :( I hope the store can fix this. Quaint find next to Kahler Inn and suites. The establishment is quite small with only one table for seating but opens into the... hotel foyer. Drinks are reasonably priced and taste very good. Staff was efficient courteous and helpful. I will frequent themagain. Read more
This is the best Caribou I have been to. It is run very efficiently. I go early in the mornings on weekdays, and the girls in... charge do an amazing job. The drinks are almost always perfectly made. Read more
The barista was very nice and helpful. However the breakfast sandwiches/items were very very bland. Asked for salt and pepper,... was informed that they have none and it wasn't even an option for them to order. If you do not have the capability of allowingcustomers to at the very least salt and pepper their food stop serving such bland food. Read more
The coffee is decent. Often busy since right across the street from a Mayo building, but the lines are short and you can get a... table in the afternoon. There are couches and armchairs in the lobby of the hotel that shares the space. A bit noisy. Read more
