Ordered online they didn't give the delivery driver my whole order and it took almost an hour for them to fix it and when they... did the soda I ordered had no flavor at all. The food was excellent but it was cold this time and the service at this location sucks. Took us 5 minutes to get seated... initially. Waitress never came back to see if we needed drink refills or anything. When we were ready to leave she never cameby. We had to ask another waitress if she could help us get our bill because our waitress was no where and we had sat for 10minutes waiting for our waitress to come by to see if we were ready for our bill. They weren't even busy at all. This is thesecond time we've been there and the service has sucked both times. Read more
The food was definitely really good. We were here a couple years ago and it has definitely gotten better. We were hesitant to go... due to that but we had a great time. Server was nice but we did have to go get our own beers one time. I would definitely goback though. Read more
Just need to be brutally honest at this point, we've come back from time to time since oppening to see if there's any... improvement and every single time we're let down. Staff is always extremely nice but we either have to wait a ridiculous timefor our food or it's cold. Tonight we got both. Waited forever then when we finally got our food, all of it was cold. Terrible service. Was seated and waited and waited for service. Then finally a waiter came with the personality of a bag of... rocks. Then he brings me soured ice tea. Then my order was wrong. Then it took longer to bring the new order. Then he brought itin a to go box basically telling me to leave. Terrible all around. And the food was bland and tough. Will never eat thereagain. Read more
I've had good and bad experiences at this location. Unfortunately, the two I've had in the last few months were pretty bad and I... think it all comes down to the wait staff needing more training. The latest visit was the most bizarre. Our waiter, Kenneth,cussed up a storm when the umbrella he was trying to put on the patio table was broken. Took 30 min for our food to come outeven though it wasn't busy at all. A nice kid named Judd ran our food out and was most helpful, so kudos to him. Kenneth didn'tcome out to check on us until we were pretty much done and we should've asked for our checks then, because we then didn't seehim for at least another 30 minutes. The worst part was that my bill was $22.95, I gave $30 in cash... Kenneth came out andasked if I wanted change back, adding that he was $1 short of the full change. He put me on the spot and asked me how muchchange I wanted back. I felt cornered into tipping him more than I would have (based on the experience), asking for only $2back. ALWAYS FORGETTING STUFF. This is the second time ordering online and they forgot our fries both times. Employee “ double... checks “ and tell us everything is in the bag. Then we leave 20 mins away from store only to find out everything was in fact,not in the bag. I don’t want to keep driving back and forth from the store. Food becomes cold also. Work on this.
