Staff is friendly, food is good. Only two stars because the franchise owner does not participate at Subways promotions (for... example: two foot longs, third for free) - very disappointing. More than once the store was closed, without having Google mapsupdated. As a result, I drove there in vain, wasting time and gas. Read more

I was inside for 17 minutes before anyone paid for a single meal. Another 11 minutes before my order was taken. Two... employees, working at a snails pace, were overwhelmed by a very understanding but frustrated line of 13 people. Several peoplecame in for app or online orders and were told "it will just be a few more minutes" as their orders weren't even started untilthey came in. How was the sandwich? It was fair. The meatballs were extremely over-cooked and the sauce tasted burnt....thedrink was cold, so i bumped up my review to 1 star! Read more

I go there so much the guy knows my order and I have noticed that he actually knows several other regular customers orders by... heart too. That is dedication & taking pride in your work. That kind of effort to be the best employee you can be is sadly nolonger the norm at most places, so when you see it, it's worth pointing out & appreciating. Read more
My girlfriend and I ordered two sandwiches online. I ordered a chicken teriyaki 12" on wheat, toasted with lettuce, pickles,... extra banana peppers, and sweet onion dressing. They gave me chicken on wheat toasted with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, greenpeppers, black olives and chipotle ranch dressing. Not even close to what I wanted. I understand things get mistaken when it'sbusy but the order was not even close to what I ordered. My girlfriends sandwich also didn't have any cheese that she orderedon hers. Both sandwiches were fine tasting. It's just that the finished product was far from correct. I would recommend comingin and ordering inside the store. Read more
