It was a great place but post pandemic huge change. If you are not caring about enthusiastic customer service or receiving... something different than you really ordered, you can cope with this business. I believe there is a lack of organization thatslows down the service and prompts for mistakes. Ordered a small coffee cream and sugar at the kiosk and received a blackcoffee, same small coffee order drive-through received a large size and was charged $4. Organization and training would behelpful to bring this place to former glory. Read more
I rarely eat fast food, but my friends and I decided to stop after a bar and we waited in this drive-through for about 25... minutes with only 2 cars ahead of ours?maybe they?re a bit faster in the day but definitely do not go late at night! Read more
Ordered today. Did not get my drink for my meal. Also never received the hash browns with my order. I specifically wanted those... hash browns. Never received the ketchup as well. Never will order from here again! Read more
Rudest employees EVER! The only person with any customer service skills is the one manager (older white lady). Everyone else is... rude, rude, rude! When I attempted to walk in to place an order I was rudely told the dining area was not open! Giant windowcling says otherwise. The only reason this location stays in business is because of its location. I drove 10 minutes out of myway to the location across from The Village. Pleasant greeting (they wanted to be there), hot food, great service and I wascalled by my name and thanked for CHOOSING to dine with them today! Did I mention this location had both lanes open 30 guestsin line and they had me on my way in 5 minutes (only because they had to drop more fries). From now on, I?ll go in the oppositedirection and visit the location near the Village of Rochester Hills verses the location on Rochester Road just north of Avon!Since the fire at this location back in 2009 or so, this location has been HORRIBLE and it only gets worse! I used to love this place and the people were always nice and the food was always fresh . Went there today at 12:45 for lunch... and the lady taking orders was so rude , I told her I wanted a McDouble with Mac sauce and 2 large fries . I get to the windowand she said you ordered a Mac double with mayo I said no I said a McDouble with Mac sauce ? she got such a attitude with melike I was the problem, so she supposedly changed the order to what I wanted I get up to the window and the guy gives me myfries and tells me to pull up cuz I changed my order and he was just as rude as the lady taking orders ! So when the girl cameout brought me my sandwich and says did You order 1 or 2 sandwiches I said 1 so she gives me a PLAIN McDouble with NO MAC SAUCE! I will never return to this location . Ordered chicken sandwich and a vanilla milkshake. $9.56. Sign said sandwich was $3.99. So the milkshake was $5.00???? NO... RECEIPT FOR CASH?.NOTHING ON THE SANDWICH BUT TWO PICKLE SLICES. No mayo.
