No Stars Lino?s North will never get my business again! They continue to harass me via messenger and even calling my personal... cell phone leaving threatening messages! I called them out for charging 4% credit card fee without informing me ahead of time!They lied and said it has been their policy from day one! I have been there many times and this is the first time I have seen iton the bill! After the fact! It is not on the menu I looked online! It is not there! I chose to tip the waitress 20% instead ofmy typical 25-35% and Tony the owner had the audacity to call my personal cellphone and leave a nasty threatening message! Thatwas after I told them on messenger that I did not want to speak to him. Then he started texting me. More nasty texts! Whatbusiness owner does this? I have brought them tons of business by bringing neighborhood and singles groups! None of themremember any sort of Credit Card charge! So on top of poor business practices they lie and have TERRIBLE customer service! Theirfood is only fair and the only reason I had gone is because they are so close to home! Felt super rushed. Bill $150 and food is not very good. I'm not afraid to spend money on good Italian food but I think Olive... Garden is better. Waiter was nice but if I'm spending $150 I don't want to feel rush. We skiped dessert and coffee bc he seemedannoyed we wanted to stay. I won't go back. Read more
Ordered the Calamari appetizer which had a strong fishy taste and the portion was overly large for an appetizer. The hostess,... wait staff and bus boys would walk by without even looking at our table. Had to finally flag down a busboy to get a secondglass of wine. Pretty disappointing. Read more
This restaurant is the best Italian food ever. The salads are wonderful the pasta is delicious and the desserts, lemon cake and... pineapple upside down cake are to die for. Sandi our bartender was friendly, efficient and a pleasure. I highly recommend yougive Lino?s North a try. Read more

You can't go wrong with Lino's. Funny enough, nearly 25 years ago, I worked at the original Lino's in downtown Rochester back... in high school (which recently is sadly now closed). Tony has done his parents proud with the food at this Lino's, as the foodis as excellent as the original location and I actually prefer the environment, as it is brighter and more inviting insideLino's North than the original Lino's used to be. We regularly have family birthday parties of 15-25 people here and they haveno problem accommodating us in the back part of the restaurant. The staff are all very nice and the kitchen is set up sort ofopen, so you can see in there from the restaurant, which is something I personally find appealing in general, as it gives me asort of peace of mind and confidence that my food is being properly handled. No doubt that even if it wasn't an open kitchenarea, that would still be the case here, as Tony runs a first class kitchen, but still, for those that do not already have thesame confidence and familiarity I do with the place, it should appeal to them as well. Overall.....if you are in the mood forfine Italian dining (or even a steak), you can't go wrong with Lino's North. I have literally never had a bad meal and betweencarry out and dining in, I have probably eaten there food at least 50 times. It's actually my dad's favorite restaurant and heeats there far more often than I even do. Read more
