Food was ok but I love chicken shack... but this location needs more structure, the lady cooking was pretty much doing... everything while the guys was standing around... my food had been done for more than 10 mins just sitting on the counter whileno one checked to see until the lady cooking came from the back and asked me what I'm waiting on... this also was the case forthe four customers ahead of me all our food set while no one tried to pass it out as if we paid for it to sit on display Read more
They didn't give us the correct chicken. We asked about the small wing things. They gave us some leftover thigh, legs, wings,... brest. We will inform them when we return back in Michigan. I could not believe the lack of customer service. I asked if I could substitute thighs for wings and they said no. I asked if I... could get just breasts and thighs and they said no. They were actually less friendly than Kentucky fried chicken, which isreally really bad. Read more
We used to get chicken here all the time before. We ordered the chicken sandwiches and the chicken was smaller and extremely dry... w pieces of bone in it. Was disappointed. Not that edible. The bucket chicken tends to be more moist and fresh. Read more

We?ve been here so many times and it was good. Today new employee didn?t bring our order and waiting long time. Figure out he... delivered it to another table and no words to us excuse or sorry. After long wait he brought broken order, less pieces and lessside order. So disappointed service and seems like wrong hiring processed. Finally brought correct amount that we ordered. Read more
This branch does not care about the quality of the chicken. I ordered last week and chicken pieces were barely breaded. Also... some pieces were not cooked well. I called the branch and spoke to the manager to complain but the manager kept arguing thatthey are confident nothing is wrong with the chicken even after sending pictures showing chicken pieces quality.
