Ladies here are very rude, make you think you are dumb because you want your order right. Says rude things about customers while... I was standing there . The baristas are very rude. Everytime we go there they treat us like we are the stupidest people on the planet. Now that the new... one is up and running, we will be going there. They are kind and helpful and always smiling. Customer service needs to be taughtbetter everywhere. This Starbucks has awful customer service. If you want a pleasant experience and want to enjoy your coffee,go to the new one. Read more

This place is A W F U L. i don't recommend AT ALL. if you go here, which you shouldn't, do NOT get the pumpkin spice latte. the... baristas are SO rude. me n my gurls went here and they treated us like GARBAGE. they were impatient. i was afraid to saysomething about my horrible latte because i thought they'd spit in my coffee. i wish i could give this no stars because that'show bad it was. Of what's on the menu, they're sold out of it. Named off 4 different items and they were "out" of all of them.
Kiosk location so limited menu and amenities available. Service has been good on several occasions I've visited.
Literally standing here watching the lady on her phone just scrolling away and I put a mobile order in 27 minutes ago and still... waiting nobody else in line? but hey that?s why we buy overpriced coffee from a grocery store shop right? Read more
