I have to say this 1. My family drove out our way to eat here. 2. We went there for the salad bar! The salad bar was empty. ... I'm talking brown mushrooms doggy green peppers I didn't see Peaches cottage cheese or three bean salad which I think isrequired to be on the salad bar by Pizza Hut standards. The tomatoes look like soup there were so much water in them. Nothingwas filled when we walked by the salad bar it was empty. There was one server who had recently started didn't even have auniform on didn't know she was even an employee who worked there no name tag no no shirt no nothing? Why do we have to use thesame salad plate as our meal plate because I spent $38 in there plus tip. Also the new server should not have been left alone Ididn't see one manager come out to the dining room and do a figure 8 walkthrough. I haven't eaten a Pizza Hut since 2003 thepizza was really good I could tell they didn't use a ring unless you guys not using Rings now then I apologize for that. Overallthe the service was okay she needs a little bit more training she brought us a picture of water which I requested she didn't anyglasses with her. No plates for the salad bar. Read more

We were really craving pizza, and should have known by the lack of cars in the parking lot that this was NOT that place! Manager... smoking out front, we go inside and almost ALL the chairs were on top of the tables, like they were getting ready to close @like 2:30 on a weekend. A staff member runs out, tells us that she'll be right with us, and disappeared for the rest of our timethere. We inspected the OTHER half of the restaurant and saw tables not cleaned off and a salad bar with wilted lettuce. We DIDNOT stick around after that. If you do not hire management that cares, your location is going to wind up closing. It starts withmanagement . You are not the only pizza place around, those managers are not helping your restaurant succeed! We wound up goingto a very well ran restaurant and had the best service and food! Read more

I ordered online and the delivery time set 53 to 64 minutes. My pizza didn't arrive for 2 hours. When I got the message saying... it was out for delivery, Is it took an additional 45 minutes to be delivered. I called the store and they said I was 2nd on thelist to be delivered. How can it take 45 minutes to be delivered when I'm 2nd on the list? Read more

We ordered two pizzas on a winter day in January. (1/30 to be exact.) The entire cost was $43,and we ordered the pizza to be... delivered,and that they could text us that the pizza was on the porch waiting for us.(They have always done this before) Ireceived a text message from them that they had received the order. After 90 minutes the pizza had still not arrived so I calledthe local store here in Rochester IN. I was forwarded to a order line,and waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer,whensomeone did answer I asked them about my pizza,they put me back on the order line. After 2 1 hours we looked out the window andsaw that the pizza was sitting on the floor of my porch. It was frozen solid. Again I attempted to call the local store tocomplain,that nobody called me to tell me the pizza was there,and was put on a order line again. I have tried to call thestore,the cooperate number and have written them a letter explaining the complain and to date I've heard nothing from them. Read more

Very slow. Called and was put on hold. Obviously they forgot about it so I decided it's not that big of deal to just drive here... to talk to someone to order. Stood inside for several minutes without anyone trying to take my order so I went elsewhere. Decentplace, just needs a few more employees or something. Read more

Giving them the benefit of the doubt because everywhere around them had help wanted signs out. We were traveling and ready to... get home,but was there for an hour. Told they were having a rush, and there was one one other couple in the place at the time.It also caters to drive thru and delivery. Unfortunately, when our food finally arrived,it was warm, not hot. Today is Father's Day. I asked my husband what he wanted as a Father's Day gift. He said he wanted me to take him out to Pizza... Hut. When we got there, we knew we would have to wait for them to open, because we were a few minutes early. They were supposedto be open at 11 AM. They were late opening. When we got inside, they didn't have the salad bar ready. The girl sat us and weordered our drinks. There was one other table which came in after we did. And then a single older man came in, so they weren't"busy". When she brought our drinks, we were ready to order. My husband ordered a pizza and I ordered a sandwich with fries. Ispecifically told her "no lettuce" because I can't eat lettuce due to a health issue. I ordered the fries "plain". When shebrought my order, the sandwich had shredded lettuce and the fries were seasoned. I told her that I couldn't eat the sandwichbecause it had shredded lettuce on it. I didn't say anything about the fries. She said she would get me another sandwich. Whenshe brought it back she said "I had them make you another one". Funny thing is, I had to take shredded lettuce off of thatsandwich in order to eat it. When we were ready to pay, my husband made sure to show her the lettuce I had to remove. I canunderstand why they weren't busy on a Father's Day. We hadn't been there in quite a while and hubby and I decided we probablywon't go back. Oh, and the bathroom was DIRTY. We waited 30 minutes for plates for salad bar and our sodas, 2 tables sat After us had their complete meals. Our salads... consisted of lettuce, cheese and dressing since the salad bar was dang near empty. The server then forgot to take our order. Wejust asked for the bill after this. Low and behold, IT WAS 20.00 for 2 sodas and our skimpy salads!! Not impressed at all andwill Not be back! Pizza Hut in Rochester Indiana is Not the place to go!! Read more
