me and my friend got 2 caramel macchiato?s and they barely had any coffee. we also asked for caramel after because it wasn?t... sweet enough for us and then they added like 7 pumps to each drink. don?t ever come here it will just disappoint you. don?twaste your time go somewhere else. i am never coming here again. also my other friend her drink got dropped and they tried toserve it to them again. After they dropped it they added more of the drink like that was going to fix it. Read more

Payed 5 dollars for this!!!! The rest was foam that filled the cup. And on top of that they made me wait about 3 minutes to take... my order when I was the only one waiting. I was very patient and didn?t complain but at least I expected not to be robbed of mymoney by giving me a half drink at least! Read more
The staff at this location is the worst. Firstly highly mismanaged work , 2ndly not interested in what they are doing especially... the girl with short hair and high makeup. She kept us waiting for 20 mins to just reheat the croissant which just takes hardly30 sec and was sitting in the microwave for 20 mins. She makes very bad chai tea latte. I have tried so many Starbucks chainsbut at this particular location, I am never coming back. They don't do their work properly for which they are paid and areworking but if anyone asks them nicely about where is their order, they give a ton of attitude , as if we are eating their forfree. Possibly the worst Starbucks experience. Aside from waiting 30 minutes for a cappuccino and frappe, the frappe was disgusting,... and the little purple/black/white haired woman who was slamming fridge doors and smashing down blenders in an absolute tantrumwas completely unprofessional. I don?t not recommend stopping here if you needed a quick coffee. You will save time by drivingto another one. Read more
Great place, super convenient. Staff is always very friendly. Had a small question about my drink (not even big enough to go... into detail) and the manager, at least I believe he was the manager, was very kind and helpful. I will continue to stop by fortea on my way to work. I hope the staff can see these reviews or I hope that whomever does see them will please tell the staffhow much they are appreciated. Read more
Service is pretty fast even though they are always busy and packed, I normally don't wait too long.. the staff is always... friendly and happy, it makes a big difference to see that. I never eat inside, i always do take out. But I always see peoplethere on their computers, or chatting so it must be a nice environment to sit there. One time I ordered by mistake to the wrongStarbucks, and when I went inside this one and told them if they can help me cancel the other store. They said it was fine, andthey still gave me my order without charging me twice. It was really cool of them. Read more
