9/24/22 Just got into town from a 7hr trip staying across the street at the Comfort inn. Decided to walk over to McDonald's... walked in at 1058. The Red hair lady tells me she can't serve me the lobby is closed. It's a 24hr place. I said ok can I walkthrough the drive through? She said No, sorry no walk ups. All while 3 other Employees are looking at me laughing, as I walkedout they all were laughing trying to lock the door in a hurry screaming too bad hahahah. Place is ran by a terrible lazyunprofessional staff. I'm making sure to call Your owner or corporate office. My 3 kids and I just wanted something to eat afterour long drive. Thanks. Read more
Went in to eat. No ice in fountain pop machine and not very clean sound it. Got food and fries were very cold. Asked for hot... fries and didn't even drain the grease. Dumped into fry holder right out of grease. Smelled unclean in the store. Read more
Ordered off of the app and they forgot half of my food. Tried to call the store to get a refund on the food I did not receive... nobody would answer the phone couldn't request a refund through the app. I have a sick kid I'm not dragging him out again to goback and fix their mistake. The least they could do was answer the phone I got completely ripped off. Read more

Chose to eat my lunch at the galena st. Location in Dixon il and as I was pulling in I instantly was regretting my decision as I... witnessed the influx of students from the Dixon high school. I wished I hadn?t deleted my phone app to order but went in anyway.Yup, the lobby was packed with students waiting to order, so I decided to saddle up to the remote kiosk and place my order. Lowand behold, 5 minutes or less my order was called up. I Was impressed. Additionally, the staff has handily processed all of thestudents that had migrated there for lunch before I was through my first sandwich. Then the second and third wave came throughand were processed before I had finished my whole meal. Granted I took my time to watch how seamlessly this McDonald?s staffworked through the glut of customers without a hitch. My hat off the the owner/manager for excellent planning and training ofher staff and the self respect the staff had for themselves to work that well. Read more
Drive there tonight and place an order about 30 minutes ago. We ordered two double filet o fish meals, large, 13 cookies and... requested that it be made fresh. When we got to the window to pay, they told us NO ONE knew how to make cookies and they didn?thave enough so they had to issue a refund for them. First red flag. We live three minutes from the place, got home and noticedthe food was not fresh NOR was it double filets. We went back and had them remake the order. Got back home the second time andnoticed only one sandwich was made correctly, the other was made as a single filet. We called and explained the mistake, theperson who we spoke too was very reluctant to take full accountability for the mistake claiming she watched the person make it.Well you watched him make it wrong. The same person who issued the refund for the cookies claimed she could not issue one forthe full meal. Claimed to call her GM and said we?d have to wait until the morning before we could get a refund. It?s 11 o?clockon a Saturday night. $21 dollars for food wasted, not to mention the damn near $6/gal gas wasted going back and forth. This McDonald?s needs to be shut down, all bad reviews and no accountability for anything. Also Rachael is the name of the person thatanswered the phone and is a manager but does not know how to make cookies. Brought my daughters in for breakfast and there?s trash and fries all over the floor only 2 or 3 clean tables, ice machine... empty, stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone even acknowledged I was standing there, some god awful hip hop blastingfrom the kitchen, and a employee that was definitely not wearing work appropriate clothing. I was taking a long trip with my small son and baby in the car and pulled into this drive-through. The male manager was a real... jerk. He was rushing me and just wanted me to pull into a waiting spot I asked him for ketchup, jelly, and a straw, he told mejust to go park and sure enough when they came out with my food there was no ketchup and no jelly and no straws basicallyeverything I asked him for at the window.
