We had a great time at this Arby's! The only thing missing is the service bell that was next to the door! That bell is half the... reason we go there! But it was taken down for some reason...but I will tell you that Sharday, and her staff has been amazingwhen we stop in there! The worst problem is the freshness of the food at most restaurants, but i will tell you these staff atthe rochelle Arby's does great with the fresh food idea! Hope to see you guys again soon! Went there Wednesday the young lady working the drive through tera had excellent customer service, and the food was great
Horrible customer service from Sharday! Went through the drive thru, someone forgot to put a sandwich in the bag. No big deal,... everyone makes mistakes. The problem is I drove 10 minutes home before I realized a sandwich is missing from my drive thruorder. I call them, they offer to take my name and replace it next time, or I can come get it now. I drive 10 minutes back andmy sandwich is sitting in a bag on the counter by the drive thru window. I couldn't believe that they forgot my sandwich andSharday had the audacity to try and hand me the sandwich that had been sitting on the counter for more than 20 minutes! no heatlamp or nothing. I went to a store that business is beef, but they had not actually cooked. They offered me non beef items. Those tasted fine.
Walked in....only person there and was not greeted until 2 plus minutes later. After that, I heard expletives in the back about... customers and the person serving us copped an attitude. We left and went to Jimmy John's where customer service matters. Recommend not going if you have a choice. Read more
Got chicken tenders and fries. Fries were hot and fresh, tenders were cold and dry like leftovers from yesterday. Returned, and... older lady offered to prepare fresh as obviously she knows it wasn?t fresh. Off course I didn?t take, they should never servefood that isn?t fresh.
