Reopen the damn buffet. The casino is only part of the gambling experience.
ALL the food here i had was EXCELLENT! I have no idea how anyone can say it is bland or cold? That is the "Buffet Americana" at... the Gold Strike(aka,foodpoisoningcentral) Sunday night i had PHO, crawfish(that were seasoned perfectly) butterfly shrimp & salad. So before I start I would like to say I tasted all the menu a little , and I literally couldn?t believe I wasted my money! The... burger place outside has the best food! Back to the buffet : I hate that the servers are not giving us drinks? The crab legs hasno seasoning it?s just steamed crab legs! I didn?t enjoy none of the menu , food is cold and feels like it?s been sitting outthere for hours! The salmon fish was dry and the crawfish were funky ! Like is there a way I can get my money back ? I see a lot of negativity of this buffet. But I had a different experience. I was very please with the many options of food. It... had good flavor and most of it was very good. I had tiny taste of each item just so I could review honestly. I like all theoptions and stations. The staff was great!!! They dance every hour now. Shirley near the door and our waitress whose namedstarted with a D was fantastic!! I felt at home with them. The only thing that was off was self serve drink machine it came outrather flat. Stayed at horseshoe for our anniversary. Ate here on the first night 6-17-19. The absolutely best thing I could say about that... experience is it was extremely dissapointing! While I concede Monday night might be the least busy night in tunica the food wasterrible even at 7:30 pm. Cold food, hard/old food. Our excitement for dinner was quickly turned to disappointment. Went to the buffet to eat and didn't like it was dripping rain inside right by my food and nats flying around land on my mix... fruits and steward supervisor not keeping floor clean a young lady almost slip on a shrimp in from of the Chinese station just aall around bad experience Read more
Seafood day. Crab legs. Decent food. Best of all cheap price. Very long line but not bad compare to Americana.
Food was delicious the time I went. Please open back up.
