Reopen the damn buffet. The casino is only part of the gambling experience.
ALL the food here i had was EXCELLENT! I have no idea how anyone can say it is bland or cold? That is the "Buffet Americana" at... the Gold Strike(aka,foodpoisoningcentral) Sunday night i had PHO, crawfish(that were seasoned perfectly) butterfly shrimp & salad. So before I start I would like to say I tasted all the menu a little , and I literally couldn?t believe I wasted my money! The... burger place outside has the best food! Back to the buffet : I hate that the servers are not giving us drinks? The crab legs hasno seasoning it?s just steamed crab legs! I didn?t enjoy none of the menu , food is cold and feels like it?s been sitting outthere for hours! The salmon fish was dry and the crawfish were funky ! Like is there a way I can get my money back ? I see a lot of negativity of this buffet. But I had a different experience. I was very please with the many options of food. It... had good flavor and most of it was very good. I had tiny taste of each item just so I could review honestly. I like all theoptions and stations. The staff was great!!! They dance every hour now. Shirley near the door and our waitress whose namedstarted with a D was fantastic!! I felt at home with them. The only thing that was off was self serve drink machine it came outrather flat.
