I walked into the Robinson location and tried to get my two bags of donut holes from the counter as I do every Sunday for my... grandkids. The lady behind the counter took them from me and the tray and told me they would get them for me. Not sure what?schanged to cause this type of reaction. We walked out and I explained to my grandkids that we could find someplace else to eaton Sundays. Sad experience. If something has changed, move the donut holes from the counter as soon as a customer walks in thedoor. Kids don?t understand these type of things. Read more

I got a call from this location today and when I called them back the person on the phone hung up on my face after I asked them... the name of the company because I honestly had no idea who was calling me. I called back and she rudely insulted me and thensaid she is the only one there and she doesn't care if someone called me or not. She insulted me and then hung up the call oncemore. Extremely disrespectful, I'm disappointed that this place would allow for an employee to talk to a customer this way andend the call when the customer was not being rude or anything. Read more

Clean, busy, little donut shop. Servce was on point as well as the apple fritters and the kolaches.
