*Update-I called the manager about my order and he said he would replace the chicken. I went by a few days later and he did give... me new chicken, rolls, and gravy. I appreciate that he did that. This chicken was better. Just tried the new store and I'llnever go back. Bought a 30 piece family meal and the tenders were tiny and burnt. They also forgot my large gravy. This is theworst Bush's I have ever been to. If I didn't live almost 30 miles away, I would return it! Read more
This Bush?s in Robinson is HORRIBLE. I asked for extra crispy fries, and apparently the server wasn?t listening because the... fries were cold and limp. The roles tasted hard and stale and the tender roll meal had one very small tender on it. Thechicken pieces I ordered lacked flavor and were very dry. And I ordered a diet drink with light ice and apparently they didn?thear that either because there was nothing but ice and very little drink in the cup. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSH?S IF YOU CAN. Husband brought home lunch from the new location, two minutes from home. Chicken breast tasted like it was bad or cooked in very... old grease, dry, smelled terrible. I was nauseous just from the smell, and taste. Took two bites, and husbands gizzards were thesame. Fries were very undercooked, even raw. For 2 piece meal, 12 gizzard meal, $23.79.
