Usually happy with our service and food here. However recently they have missed the mark. My cheese bites were burnt and so was... my bun. Not sure why I can not order sandwich without the fries? Ordered 2 orders of fried pickles. They both were overcooked and taste of old burned oil. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I waited at the counter for almost five minutes without being greeted. The person taking my order, Mariah, was in unfriendly... and seemed irritated and inconvenienced that I was here. As she was talking to me she answered her headset and motioned to mewhile talking to another employee, "Take care of that, " she said dismissively while walking to the drive through window. Food is normally just fine, but my god the service was terrible. They don?t even greet you. It?s fine if they have something... they need to do, but your customers should be your first priority, and you should let them know that you will be right withthem. Instead, they stare at you and turn away and pretend that you aren?t sitting there trying to order. No ?hello, how areyou,? just ?a name for the order?? And the lady I dealt with was brisk and rude. I asked for the toast to be substituted forfries and told her if they charged me extra, that?s fine. And she said ?no.? I asked her to elaborate and she told me they?don?t substitute the toast for anything else? when I have had that at every other zaxbys I?ve been to. I used to travel on theroad so I?ve been to my fair share. I don?t mind that they don?t do that, but you could have been better about the customerservice. It?s like she had zero communication skills.
