This place is disgusting. They serve burgers with stale buns. Who serves stale, dried up food!? Sheesh. I've had this happen on... 2 seperate occasions. Ice is never available and the soda always tastes flat. The employee turnover rate here is astoundingbecause they too know it's a dump. Here's my advice: throw the entire McDonald's away. ???? Women in drive thru yelled over and over at us. She kept on telling us ?LEAVE ,LEAVE!!!?, and we had only been ordering for 2... minutes. She didn?t understand a word we said. And the order was very simple we had, 2 quarter pounders, 2 cokes, and aHappymeal. Even with just that she messed up our order more than 6 times. Dead roach on the dining area floor. Trash under tables not busy but service was slow. One girl running register and also... working in the back. Probably not enough workers on hand. (I did pick up the roach and throw it away for them) Read more
This is the best McDonald's I've ever bn to they wonderful customer service it's always fast my food I'd always on point I'm... very thankful for thier hard work and hospitality I come by or order from there every morning and they haven't disappointed methey deserve raise!!! Got overcharged for a bunch of missing or wrong items. Ordered the Cactus Plant meals and didn?t get the boxes, got small fries,... ordered a cheeseburger and its the driest nastiest burger I?ve ate. No pickles or anything. One of the nuggets had a completelydifferent breading which is a HUGE concern because I have severe allergies. As someone who works in food service y?all need toget it together this is disgusting. Someone with some common sense needs to be put in charge. Read more
The nuggets must have been fresh and that?s possibly why I had to wait a little longer than usual, which i didn?t mind at all.... If you?ve ever worked fast food you know you have to shake fryer baskets or the food sticks together and it?s undercooked. Thatis what happened with these nuggets. Not a huge deal, it happens especially in a dinner rush. But when I almost gave my daughterexpired chocolate milk, that?s what was bad. This milk is 6 days expired and I smelled it as soon as it was opened. This issomething on their DAILY checklist to ensure this doesn?t happen. The lady at the first window was nice but the one at thesecond window had an attitude and kept giving me these go to hell looks for no reason. Why haven't I been to McDonald's for awhile now, this restaurant proved to me why you need to stay away. I was in the drive thru... waiting for my order to be taken, two other cars pulled up after me and their order was taken. I said Hello several times toattempt to get their attention. After about 5 minutes of waiting I left. I do not recommend this McDonald's or any other at thispoint. Thank you to this location for keeping me away from McDonald's for another year. As kids McDonald's was the place to gowith our parents and enjoyed being there even on the metal chairs. Not anymore. Read more
Had us pull into a parking spot even though the drive thru was empty. A young man brought our food out and asked EVERY single... car that was parked 15 mins later (3 cars) if our food was their?s. Proceeded to hand our food to the car beside us and walkaway and when the lady went through our bag and gave it back to him he had the audacity to sit and lie to our face?s abouthanding it to the other car, who touched all up on our food, until they realized it wasn?t their order. At this point our foodhad been wet in the rain for at least 3 minutes thanks to him walking around the parking lot and the fries were too wet to eat.Common sense isn?t too common these days.
