Awful. It was around noon an the staff was arguing over who didn't make enough chicken. People were asking for their oney back.... It took me 8 minutes to try to order a drink. I also left with everyone else. Read more
Robersonville NC 10/9/22 @ 2:30 pm. There was about four or five different staff behind the counter that could be seen including... a manager, not looking to busy at all. Yet in standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes we gave up andleft. I don't know if this how everyone is treated there, but they won't have to worry about seeing my business there. Read more
The staff was really rude. My dad asked for a cheer wine but instead gave him sweet tea. My sister brought it up there to change... and they gave her unsweetened tea. Then she goes back and asks for cheerwine yet again, to which they said we don't have any.Why not just say that in the beginning? They didn't have a lot of the stuff we wanted and when we asked they acted like it wasour fault they didn't have any. Read more
You get very poor service. Before you leave you need to check your order, 8 out of 10 times your order will be wrong or charged... wrong. This my experience only. Read more
So many rude employees who dont deserve their job, when I went to the window I said good afternoon and the girl just held her... hand out for my payment and didnt say a word, didn't even tell me my total. When I got my food I said thank you have a nice day,and had the window shut in my face. The only person that spoke to me was the one that took my order, and it feels as thoughthey're purposely rude to the customers by ignoring them. I give this location 2 years tops before it turns into the nextrestaurant that shuts down in Robersonville, Id advise anyone thinking about buying from this location to turn around. So they have a sign at the drive thru saying store hours are 7-7 due to staff shortages. (I tried to update the time on Google... and it won't let me... what's up with that Google?) I can deal with that, but for father's Day I wanted Bojangles. I go to thelocation in Robersonville and at 630 they tell me they don't sell a super tailgate at that time.... Read more
Visited this location on May 27th around 8:30 AM. Ordered 2 combos to go. We waited and waited for our food. After 20 minutes,... we finally received our orders and were missing the sides to the combo. At which point, the lady goes to get then only to betold by the manager and someone else that did nothing but walk around the majority of the time we were there, that she couldn'thave those, they were for the drive thru... after a 20 minute wait, really?? They were fully staffed so they should have beenable to give good service. The Robersonville, NC location has poor management. Needless to say, I won't go back there to eat. Read more
I really can?t understand why managers here can figure time of business to allow flow of traffic of their business. Three weeks... of the past sales divide that by 4 will equal today sales, And u always have to account for sports and weather! No 8 peacechicken available. 30mins. Or more today! It takes 19 minutes to cook. Unprepared managers. The gm and dm should be ashamed!This is a company ready to give up here in Robersonville Nc This must be the worst franchise company.
