Our stay was amazing! We stayed in Chestnut Lodge (the better out of the three options from what I heard). It was very clean,... had a cozy fireplace, hot tub, bath, shower, and sauna. The views were breathtaking not only from the rooms but from just abouteverywhere on the property. There?s not too much to do aside from hiking so if it?s predicted to be raining and cold outsidemake sure to bring something to occupy your time. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. I?dhighly recommend Snowbird if you?re wanting a relaxing getaway in the mountains. We hope to be back! Read more

This is my 3rd visit to SML. Since the resort has been sold it seems like the quality has gone down.....The food is not as good... as it used to be. So the prices have gone up and the quality gone down. $20 for a cocktail at the bar is out of control....Iwould come back in hopes they can get their act together... cocktail Read more

The setting is spectacular, the facilities extensive enough for a destination resort, the food and wine outstanding, the service... excellent. Snowbird has recently changed ownership and management, but has not skipped a beat. Read more

I was part of a group of four staying at a nearby cabin rental. We had dinner here on a night they had live music and a BBQ... buffet. Some local bluegrass musicians played for a long set after the meal - outside on the porch. It was fantastic to listento some great music and look at the absolutely amazing view from this old 1940's lodge. Definitely a unique experience toremember and very romantic... especially for a special occasion. The service was excellent and friendly. We had specialty drinksfrom their bar that were really good! There was trouble making a drink choice...all the drinks sounded delicious. We chose abourbon drink called a Lumberjack. Yummy. As a bonus, they had several electric car chargers for Tesla and others. Read more

Where to begin? Beauty surrounds you everywhere you look, not only the natural beauty of the mountains and the flora but in all... the beautiful touches in every space of the buildings and surrounds. My camera has definitely been on overdrive. I?m a bedperson?I take my pillow with me everywhere I go, even if by plane. I am usually sadly disappointed in the beds of mostaccommodations but not at Snowbird. A perfect mattress; a wonderful sleep. On to the people?the staff make you feel like atreasured guest and go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience ever. The food?besides the view the food istruly the piece de resistance! The house made bread and biscuit leave you wanting more. The soups are outstanding andeverything served hot!! My husband and I just put each morsel in our mouths and groan at the deliciousness of it all. I guessthe best review I can give is to say that we?ve already booked our next stay. I?ll think of everything I neglected to say andsave it for my next review. Read more
