The food is a solid 5 stars. Everything from the desserts, to the sandwiches to the prepared foods and the grocery items. ... Sandwiches are huge and everything is fresh and delicious. The loss of a star is for two reasons: The men behind the delicounter lack customer service skills. Almost like they don't want to be there. We have seen this several times from differentindividuals. They need to find jobs that don't deal with the public. One may be one of the older gentlemen that could be anowner. On the other hand, we have found that the ladies there are generally very pleasant and helpful. The other loss in staris due to the overall layout of the place. Too many grocery items in the middle of the aisle. You can't pass another cart asthe aisles either have boxes in them or just too narrow. Since you have to make your way around a 90 degree turn to go from thedeli area to the prepared food area, you get stuck behind other people waiting for their orders. You can get lost from theirsight as the top of the counter is stacked with many other items. They either need a larger floor area or less clutter. Theyalso need to label items better in their deli/prepared cases so you know what you are looking at so you can be ready to order. Read more

Heroes were delish.. the bread was definitely fresh. They had these caramel almond cheesecake cones that were slap yo mama... good(I wish I had bought the larger ones). I left my canolis when I switched rental cars so I can't speak for them ????????..andthey were expensive @$7 a piece. The only reason for the minus star because I felt like it was frowned upon to customize yoursandwich. It was like as soon as I mentioned which sandwich I wanted, it was like he almost magically disappeared to go makeversus asking if I wanted any specific condiments on it..definitely will return. Really Good Food but, a little pricey! Meatball Parm with Fresh Mozz. And The Made Guy!

Amazing! Great selection of all kinds of specialty Italian items and more. Friendly and helpful staff too. Only quibble: the... pastry, dessert section was hot. Granted it was very hot outside, but the deli portion of the same store was comfortably cool. Definitely won't keep me from repeat visits, tho. I'll bring a hand towel with me next time. Read more

Great place to shop for deli foods desserts dinners. A bit on the pricey side but if you want quality then this is a place to... go. The staff is wonderful as well. I went looking for a particular dessert that I have only found in Brooklyn called a tortoni.Dolce & Clemente dessert freezer was on the mend and a bunch of members from the staff in the deli department whet out of theirway to the back freezer and after a few minutes found me a package of Tortonis. This place is amazing. I have never gotten an unsatisfactory item from desserts, breads, sauces, and sandwiches oh my.... Everything is made fresh and in house. My family has been going here for a few years now. The vodka sauce is great and a musttry. My only problem is that if i leave my wife alone so many delicious sweets and treats magically appear in our baskets. Ifyou are anywhere near here, you have to check them out. Read more

I love this place. so many good things to bring home. 2day i went 2 get my bestie some sweet treats, a jumbo choc cupcake, ... fresh biscottis in multiple flavors, decorated butter cookies, a cannoli and of course they bare famous for their prosciuttobread!!! sometimes I dip the bread in fresh marinara or I toast it slightly and lay a fried egg on top...they have fresh meats,their deli sandwiches are epic and so all of their other fresh Italian items. you will nvr be disappointed! ?????????? Really nice Italian specialty store. Huge selection of sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and prepared foods. Very friendly and... helpful staff. We saw this store on Diners, Drive in, and dives. Season 26 episode 3. We drove about 45 minutes and it wasworth the drive. We will definitely be back and will definitely use their catering menu. Highly recommended! Read more
