Most ghetto Starbucks I've ever been to. Bathroom was a mess, and if you get a mobile order, just know that they hide it behind... the counter where you can't see it and won't call out your name. Most employees at other locations will ask you what you orderedif they see you waiting a long time, but no one bothered here. I don?t usually have an issue with this location however this morning I waited 30 minutes for a grande iced espresso and a... breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was squished, folded in half and dead cold. Disappointed. Read more
This location often gets my order incorrect. Today was no different. I ordered a Grande Caramel Frappuccino, no whip on the app.... My daughter picked it up & when she got home it had whip. I couldn't taste any coffee. When I order at this location I usuallyadd a shot of espresso for a coffee flavor. Frappuccinos at some of the other locations have a rich flavor and I can actuallytaste the coffee. I will say that the employees are usually very nice & willing to fix my order. Normally, they are slow. They were slow on Sunday when I stopped by on my road trip to get water to take medication. I also... ordered a frap. Waited in line for a while to get the order completed but the young man who took my order was so pleasant andkind. He was a young African American male with dreads or twists, I believe. I did not catch his name. But I thanked him forbeing so kind because customer service is not what it used to be, so I appreciate it when I receive good service nowadays.
