I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare. Initially came out well done and very thin. The second time was not much better (see... picture). The steak is so thin and nothing like you would expect when paying $22.99. The potatoes were extra dry, the extrabutter didn?t help much. Will not be attending Roadhouse again. Read more

I called my order in and was told around twenty minutes. I got there and waited for my food for a while. Then the lady finally... came out to tell me that my food hadn?t started my food just got food on. I was going to have to wait for them to cook it. Thelady told me that she was so sorry and sent the manager out and I was told by female manager that she had the bill. I was like Ijust wanted a few dollars off but they took care of my bill. I gave four stars because even with the mess up great service andgreat food. I love Logan?s and have been eating there for years. Thanks for the great service and taking care of my bill. It?s been a while since we?ve had food this bad. Didn?t eat even a half of it. Water has a strong moldy taste to it. Mashed... potatoes and steak dry. Food was great. Good customer service. Friendly waitress. Polite and fair prices. I totally recommend it. The only thing I... hated was to see our waitress being treated with very high disrespect. A black people's family of 16 gave her only a fourdollars tip for four employees. I am also black but that was INSANE. I heard this is very typical in this area of NC. Such ashame. But we gave her a good tip to compensate her loss and wasted time. These were the most miserable black people I have everseen in my life ???? We must appreciate every EMPLOYEE in here, because they are also human beings ?? with families andstruggling with this economy. Reward good customer service folks. Keep up the good work Logan's! A good place to eat out at. The steaks are always A1, and the waitresses are always so nice. You usually have to wait a little... while to be seated because it is so packed but it?s definitely worth it. The rolls are so good, especially with their cinnamonbutter. Read more
