Food was good. It took 30 min for a grilled sandwich. They said online orders were backed up but were not taking care of their... in store customers. TERRIBLE customer service. Even when a batch of sandwiches was brought up front, the lady at the register,she left them there and was messing with something else. I had to grab her attention to hand them out. Good food and nice staff but don?t order anything that has to be cooked/grilled if you are doing take out. Very very very slow.... Online ordering appears to trump in-store purchasing which backs up the grill man. Waited over 25 minutes for on sandwich. Read more

I eat at this location often and I do not suggest ordering ahead if you?re picky about your sub cause they will mess it up. If... you need anything other then the standard ?mikes way? go inside and instruct them what you need. Other than that its a goodlocation, with new faces every month.. Pictured is #13 on rosemary.
