I looked at the reviews before coming here but decided to try it out anyways. The food was amazing, the people working were so... sweet and helpful. And the issue with the drive thru seems to be user error, I thought it was pretty easy to understand andoperate. I feel as though the negative reviews are just from people having bad days and misplaced anger. I would and will comeback anytime. Read more
The biscuits were so buttery and crumbly. Absolutely loved the service, they took their time with me as I looked over the menu... and quickly served up my hot food. Will be coming back. Read more
My experience was the worst. Firstly, the drive thru extends in the main road. I sit in line for 10 minutes before getting into... the actual lot and out of the highway. Secondly, I sit there for approximately 10 minutes and noticed about 6 car in the secondline, so I pull over there. The lady walking from car to car obsevered me pull into the second line and stared at me from theoutdoor podium. I'm under the impression that I can also order from the drive thru board via microphone, wrong. I waited another10 minutes, approached the menu, rolled my window down, and the lady walked to my car and said I couldn't order from this lineand I would have to go back and get into the main line. It took every once of resolve not to curse her out. She literallywatched me wait, until I got ready to order and told me that I couldn't. Had she told me this before I waited so long I wouldhave written this review. Biscuitville lost a customer today and I will not be going back under no circumstances. Read more
After passing by this location several times while it was under construction, I was very much looking forward to trying it. I... was not disappointed with my visit today. Friendly staff and the Southern Steak & Cheese biscuit was *chefs kiss* as the kidssay these days. 4/5 stars because the grits were just "meh". Girlfriend very much enjoyed her sausage gravy biscuit! I'm only doing 2 stars because of my drive thru experience. When/if I return I will do another review to include my opinion... about the food. I don't know who came up with the drive through system that they were using today but it is HORRIBLE???? itreally needs to be worked on. Instead of using 1 lane and having traffic in the street..orders should be taken at BOTH lanes. Ifit's your 1st time there..like me you wouldn't know to stay in the lane closest to the building to place your order and thenmove to the outside lane. I didn't get a chance to order because they wanted me to drive around the building and get back in aline ??????? Read more
My husband bought us hot honey chicken biscuits this morning and they were undercooked. The chicken was golden brown on the... outside but pink and rubbery on the inside. Will not be visiting this Biscuitville location again. Read more
Was so very happy to see this place being built, as a huge fan of Biscitville, finally the wait was over. First order was... completely wrong, just chalked it up to new opening jitters. Second trip was the same result. 3rd trip resulted in the sameoutcome, called to speak to a manager, to which he promised to correct the order for me the next morning. I arrive and thestaff has absolutely no idea what I am talking about. Beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism, and lack of concernfor the customer. Read more
