This was terrible. Ill never go back to this Wendys. I waited in the drive through for 30-40 minutes for the 10 cars ahead of... me. I should have just gone to a diner. Would have been faster and better food. This was far from fast food. When I got to thewindow it was all teens running the place two of which were doing nothing but goofing off. Were is a manager? All that for coldfries and a not very good burger. Read more
My experiences with this location has always been hit or miss. Somedays it's good, some days it's not. The food always tastes... fresh. Forget about going between 12 and 1pm. They become extremely busy during the lunch rush with cars stretching around theparking lot and back out to the intersection practically. Customer service is decent. 9/15/22 - I ordered through the app for pickup and chose inside, which said it was going to close at 9pm. I ordered at 8pm and... got there less than 10 minutes later and when I arrived, the door was locked. Customers were inside eating. I called them andthe woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me to hang on. I let her know that I was outside waiting and I had topick a mobile order up. I expected them to bring me my order or let me inside to pick it up since they decided to lock the doorstoo early. But I got told I needed to go in the drive thru which I waited more than an hour in the line! This Wendy?s isterrible and has terrible customer service. The wait was not worth it whatsoever. Either update your hours or keep the doorsunlocked according to the time it says online. Read more
The mobile app says pick up in store is open. You order in the app, PAY, can't cancel your order then you get to the store and... it's locked and the line looks like the picture attached. I will never order from Wendy's again until the pandemic is over. Read more
I found my favorite breakfast sandwich at Wendy's, the breakfast Baconator. Reasonable price, both times I've had it (2... different stores!) it was hot and fresh. Bacon is crunchy, the egg is real egg, not the liquid stuff that other places use. Thisis one awesome sandwich! Read more
They served this today 6/23/22 7pm. The fry oil is clearly rancid. The fries stink so bad its unbearable. This is the level of... quality this store is known for. Absolute trash. Read more
Wendy's across from Tanglewood shopping center in Roanoke The drive through took way to long. It was the top of the lunch hour... but still. They should have been staffed to meet the needs of that time. And that means there was no reason for my chickensandwich to be dry as if it had been sitting out. Generally I'm pretty happy with this Wendy's which is why I always go back. But if they keep up with the petty cheap ways I'll eat else where. Like one of the half dozen places that opened up across fromthem. But their peppermint frosty is great! Read more
