12-6-22 around 230. The drive thru employees are awful. They seem down right uneducated and have absolutely no manners. They... just seem lazy. Like irritated we even pulled up and ordered food. Now on another note the food was 7 out of 10. So if u areokay with a little ghetto service and are hungry go for it. As a business owner it upsets me to see employees behave this way.It can destroy a business and slow traffic to make decent profits. Managers make some changes!!!! Read more

All though the hours listed on the door say 9 am to 9 pm. They almostnever have the doors unlocked to the dining room. No matter... what time you visit. I recommend you visit a different Wendy's if you plan to go in and eat. The doors at store #4008 1419Williams rd will probably be locked. Not to mention that one employee, in particular, is extremely condescending and rude. Shegot my order wrong when I went to get it fixed she blamed me for it being wrong. Read more
This Wendy's has never given me any trouble...until tonight. About 6:00 PM, the person working the drive-thru does not say... anything and just let's you sit there. After about 3 or 4 minutes, I ask, "Am I waiting on you, or are you waiting on me?"Another minute goes by, "Go ahead with your order." Then, the Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger does not come as advertised. Therewas a thin, single slice (not breaded patty) of mozzarella cheese. Read more
