Got a smoothie this morning and wondered why it felt top heavy. Discovered that a smaller cup had been pushed down into the... regular sized cup and then filled from there. About 2-3 inches of the bottom of the bigger cup was an empty void. Sure didstill pay full price though. If this is your way of "shrinkflation" and you are too cheap to buy smaller cups that is prettybad. This is deceiving and unethical and you have seen me for the last time. Read more
Quesadillas are good specially the corn, the employee at drive thru starwars lover was such a nice girl, only downfall everytime... I come here drive thru even if it?s one car ahead of me I wait minimum 20mins which sucks. Read more
They are not disappointing on consistently disappointing these days. Not only did they soak this buffalo chicken wrap they could... not even wrap it in Tropical Smoothie paper. They did cut it in half this time tho. No pride in their jobs. This used to bethe best restaurant ever! Everything used to be perfect every time. What happened to the portion size also? Disappointed. Why do we always wait 20 minutes in the drive through. I want to just DRIVE THROUGH and pick up something healthy. Mcd pushes... out food for 20 people in 20 minutes. Even though they have such great food and awesome smoothies, this is uncalled for and highly unsanitary. They don?t seem to wash... their equipment very well, if at all. These are the lids to the smoothie machines! The containers didn?t look to well either,one had brown filth in it that?s been there the last time I went. They also never seem to have enough staff. Hope they adoptsome better cleaning habits! So gross. Read more
I recently moved back here to my hometown in Roanoke after having been in the Midwest for 8 years, and I was STOKED to see that... there was a Tropical Smoothie here now. This location however, could use some friendlier employees and maybe a lesson or two inhow to prepare some of the menu items. I love Tropical Smoothie, but I was quite disappointed in my first visit to the Roanokelocation. I hope things go better on my next visit or I will more than likely not be coming back for a third time. Read more
I have not gotten any food here but have heard good things. My usual is the mango magic and its amazing. Staff is very busy but... very friendly. Drive thru is crazy at lunch time so pick your time wisely. Read more
Staff was friendly. This is more of an order online or drive thru restaurant. I ordered inside and ate in. The food was... outstanding but the service was slow in favor of online and drive through orders. The atmosphere is that of a fast foodrestaurant with basically no atmosphere.
