Our boss got us boxed lunches for a Christmas lunch. Those of us that ordered the veggie received lettuce, shredded cheese, and... some form of tomatoes with BBQ sauce. It was HORRIBLE! I never would have signed up for such a hideous combination. The veggiein the past was wonderful?it had VEGGIES and sliced cheese!!! I purchased a ham for Thanksgiving but was charged twice. I have called the local store here in Roanoke multiple times with no... response. I contacted the corporate office and was told I would have to resolve this with the local store. It is now January andstill this has not been resolved. I finally reported them to the BBB, but they have failed to respond to the BBB as well. Verypoor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. Wife and I visited in late afternoon prior to closing hours however due to low customer volume the registers had already been... closed out for the day so we said do you have ham do you have this side you have that side and he said yes I can get them foryou do you have a credit card we were able to after he'd already closed for the day purchase $55 of food with credit card eventhough he did not have to take care of us many other businesses would have told us to come back the next day having been in foodservice and customer service for decades what I observed that afternoon was way above and beyond the call of Duty to thecommunity and customers truly this is a shining example of the kind of business that we should patronize I consider thisopportunity to post a privilege and honor staying safe in the Roanoke Valley Read more

First time ordering. The box it came in was cold and the sandwich was ice cold. I ordered no tomato in the sandwich and they put... tom., on it. The bread was hard as a rock and the one piece of ham they put on the sandwich left 2 inches of extra space thatwas just bread. The only thing good i can say is the delivery driver was great! This is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. Read more
The food is excellent! I've never had a bad sandwich. Unfortunately, there are usually longer than necessary waits. We used to... try to do lunch here but their service was too slow, (even before COVID staff shortages). They have also really pared down theirofferings. I'm glad they kept the broccoli salad but I miss some of their awesome sandwiches! Read more
