Our boss got us boxed lunches for a Christmas lunch. Those of us that ordered the veggie received lettuce, shredded cheese, and... some form of tomatoes with BBQ sauce. It was HORRIBLE! I never would have signed up for such a hideous combination. The veggiein the past was wonderful?it had VEGGIES and sliced cheese!!! I purchased a ham for Thanksgiving but was charged twice. I have called the local store here in Roanoke multiple times with no... response. I contacted the corporate office and was told I would have to resolve this with the local store. It is now January andstill this has not been resolved. I finally reported them to the BBB, but they have failed to respond to the BBB as well. Verypoor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years.
