Went at 2pm, just as lunch menu changed to dinner, so was a little disappointed. Service was excellent and server gave her all,... but rested her head on the bar when not engaged with us. Not many diners in at that time, so not at all busy. The menus were alittle hard for me to read, as the different food styles had a different color background. The restaurant serves Thai, Japaneseand Chinese styles, and has an extensive sushi selection. My dining mates both had the drunken noodles, one with tofu and onewith chicken, and both declared their dishes flavorful and delicious, especially the noodles. I ordered the Cashew Nut withchicken. As the dish is named cashew, you'd think the nut would be plentiful..but I could only find about 5 pieces, with just acouple whole. The chicken was overcooked and somewhat tough, and the vegetables were not cooked enough to my liking. Theatmosphere was pleasant, and welcoming. Read more

Stopped in during lunch while in Roanoke. Great selection of food. Tasty meal overall. The fried rice was a little too salty for... my taste, but everything else was yummy. Great service from staff. Would definitely eat here again. Read more

We don't get to go here often because it's a bit of a drive for us. But when we do, it's a special treat. The food is delicious... and the staff are mostly friendly (there is one hostess who sometimes comes across as unfriendly, but she's actually very nicewhen you engage with her). It's also rarely packed, so you can usually walk in and be seated right away. Read more

We ate dinner here and I doubt we?ll return soon. Some employees spoke limited English which made it difficult when trying to... communicate with them. The atmosphere was mediocre and the menu was large but it giving choices for Asian food. Our dinnerwasn?t bad but it was too expensive. I?ve had better food, nicer environment and more manageable prices. Read more

I've never had a bad experience with/at Taste of Asia - I actually wish I could eat here more often to more fully explore their... very extensive menu, which is broken down into three sections: Thai, Japanese, and Chinese. So far my experiences here havestemmed mainly from the Thai menu, with an occasional starter or add-on from the Japanese section. Tonight (01-14-21) was nodifferent, as we started with the edamame, and then my date moved onto a small dish Thai tofu vegetable soup, and a vegetableroll from the sushi menu. I went with the N10, a Thai beef & noodle soup akin to Pho, but with a beef broth instead of a bonebroth - it's a formidable bowl of soup. I look forward to many more visits to Taste of Asia.
