I really don?t think there?s anything wrong with giving employees time to have lunch together, even if that means you schedule... an hour during the day when you close the store. But if you don?t list that as part of your hours of operation, that?s aproblem. Don?t have a sign on the door saying you?re open until 9pm if you?re also randomly closed at 2:30 on a Thursday. It?sfine, though... there are a dozen other Subways in the area that would be happy to have my business. Read more

The place was completely empty at noon on a recent Saturday. The older lady behind the counter was rude and acted as though we... were an inconvenience. How dare we disturb her with our desire for sandwiches at noon? She acted as though every request wehad for our sandwiches was an arduous and unreasonable chore.
